In addition to the round aluminum under skin on our Triple-Tunnel, we have added full length lifting stakes to the inside port and starboard tubes, and on both sides of the the center tube. Our under-deck wiring harness includes heat shrinkable wire connectors, protective harness conduit, and a completely separate, heavy duty 6 gauge wiring harness for the stereo system. This eliminates engine noise through the speakers and any blown fuses when you crank up the twin 800-watt power boosters on our Paradise Series incredible sound system.
Our pontoons are hand-welded to cross-members of 1/4" thick aluminum. There are no nuts to come loose or lose, assuring you a greater peace of mind while on the water.
Aloha pontoons also offers an interlocking aluminum extruded deck as an option. This custom-designed extrusion stands.
All Aloha's have an extruded spray deflectoer welded onto the nose cone. This design enables us to have bolt on spray deflector extensions (if the spray deflector are damaged, they can be replaced - vs.-having to go to a welding shop. These extensions are standard on Paradise Series and optional on Tropical Series.

We route the edge of each sheet of plywood, then place an aluminum strip inside before bolting through the center of each joint. Our decking is 3/4" pressure treated plywood, which is bolted rather than screwed, into the cross-members. Our deck joints are secured by the use of a tongue-and-groove assembly to prevent buckling and warping. The Aloha deck is backed by one of the most extensive warranties.
A saltwater package is standard equipment with all stainless steel or aluminum fasteners. The Aloha hardware such as our ski-tow eye, cleats (6per boat on 8'6" deck width models) and lifting eyes are saltwater tested stainless steel.
On all Aloha pontoon boats, we weld a 1/4" thick extruded alumininum plate on the port and starboard, inside, aft tube. We also increase the thickness of the M bracket to 1/2" thickness. This design strengthens the most critical weight distribution area of the M bracket.
Our all aluminum transom (no wood) is reinforced with 1/4" "U" Channel construction. It is built to handle the heavy 4-Stroke engines on today's market. This transom also has an integrated battery tray.
